So, even reducing the field of view option to 45 (i.e. the current minimum) did not help? :?

Oh... if you can, please send your full specs, stable in-game ping, and usually how many FPS you get in the game.

I've been also experiencing this FPS issue since I played this game which is 4 months ago. I agree with having more graphics option in game. Please put this option, It would help to reduce my fps issue also. I already submitted a support ticket about this fps issue.

I have noticed this with this game only, the FPS issues has to do with network rendering, if something is using your internet in the background the game gets laggy(Graphics laggy not internet ping laggy), I have tested and confirmed this on 2 computers on the network, one system is high end the other not so much.

I have reset the router, uplugged everything from the router except for the one pc, closed web browsers and other background programs that use the internet connection. and have cleared the lag fps issue up until I plug the other computer into the router.

It's crazy cause the ping on both machines will stay at about 125-250ms and only the graphics fps change.

I think the issue has to do with things being server side that should be on client side instead, and the client is having to draw graphics server side instead of client side.

Your Recommended system requirement on steam are :
-Windows 7 or later (64bit)
-Core i3
-RAM - 4 GB
-1GB Video Memory, Shader Model 5.0
-DirectX: 11
-HDD 10 GB

My First PC :
- Win 10 (64bit)
- Intel Core2Duo E8600 3.3GHz (Pass the minimum requirement of core2duo)
- RAM 3.5GB (Pass the minimum requirement of 2GB)
- 1GB Geforce GT610
- DirectX 11 support
- use 256GB of SSD
(This PC can run only 4-15 FPS on the lowest setting) The problem is the area that have many 3D grass and fog

My Notebook :
- Win 10 (64bit)
- Intel core i3-5005U 2.0GHz
- RAM 8GB (4+4)
- Intel HD Graphic 5500 with 1.5GB shared memory
- DirectX 11 support
- just ordinary notebook hdd
(This notebook pass all recommended requirement can run about 15-25 FPS on the lowest setting)

My Old Notebook :
- Win 8.1 (64bit)
- Intel core i3-390M 2.66GHz
- RAM 6GB (2+4)
- ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 (1GB DDR3 VRAM)
- DirectX 11 support
- just ordinary notebook hdd
(This notebook pass all recommended requirement can only 4-12 FPS on the lowest setting)

I think u should do more research on recommended system requirement or hurry optimize the game
coz most player that buy the game with old systems but we think we can pass the minimum game requirement but can not enjoy the game coz very low FPS

i've tried the 3d setting of vga on my PC and has a good effect

it raise from 4-15 FPS to 8-20 FPS
and can reach 22FPS on the beach
but when running through the forest that have many 3D grass and leaf frame rate still drop to 5-7 FPS

for my Notebook i don't know that it can be adjust the same way with IntelHD graphic ?

for other setting i already adjust to low and 45FOV
1366x768 resolution matching with the desktop resolution

20FPS is acceptable for me now but I think I still need the function to disable 3D-Grass or some object that does not have an effect to the game play would be the best.
-------------
AND I have found new problem
when i running through the place that have many object
my PC become very laggy due to the loading object (my PC ran on SSD / RAM DDR2 3.5GB)
even My friend will see my character warp or blink back and forth when I become laggy.

But in my notebook that run on normal harddisk don't have this problem
I wonder if The RAM / RAM Frequency or VideoCard's RAM frequency is an important thing to mention

Did you also tried disabling all the graphical options, from the menu? Also, hit "scroll lock" in your keyboard (this will temporarily disable the in-game menu), and see if that helps with the fps, please.

sry for a late reply

I already disable everything in the game menu from the beginning

hitting "scroll lock" in keyboard...
I'm not sure it help with the fps or not
in a long run if i push "r" then "scroll lock" i think i a little bit smoother (just a really little bit)
the number of FPS still the same but sometime increase only by 1 or 2
